■Hydrogen gas (Group 2C) compatible type - Hydrogen gas is classified as explosion group 2C*, making it highly flammable, with the potential for explosion from even a small ignition source, necessitating appropriate safety measures. *The highest classification for explosive gases. - Compatible with gases from explosion groups 2A, 2B3, 2B, etc., other than group 2C. - The screw connection type is compatible with 2A. ■Prevention of flame escape from bidirectional external ignition sources - Prevents flame propagation during fires occurring inside and outside the plant, mitigating the risk of serious secondary disasters. - The entrance and exit are designed to prevent flame escape from both directions. - Can be installed and used in both horizontal and vertical orientations. ■Uses a clean ribbon-type flame extinguishing element - The clean ribbon (wave-structured component) consists of alternating layers of thin metal wave plates and flat plates of the same material, creating gaps determined by the gas used. ■Complies with international standard ISO16852 - Our clean ribbon-type flame arrestor is tested with the test gases specified in ISO16852. - Performance verification tests are conducted in accordance with ISO16852:2016. ■New lineup of Rc1 and Rc1/2 screw connection types - Conducted "flame extinguishing performance tests" at our in-house testing facility. - Compatible with explosion group 2A.
