Challenges towards solving social issues from Shibuya
We will hold a seminar on "Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd.'s VISION2030 and Long-Term Management Plan." The corporate vision "VISION2030" for Tokyu Construction aims to create corporate value through solving social issues. We will promote this vision by adding three value propositions and leveraging the power of human resources and digital technology, alongside the urban development know-how we have cultivated without halting urban functions. We will provide a detailed explanation of the challenges faced by the construction industry, which is susceptible to external factors such as labor shortages due to population decline and rising prices. I have spent the last 30 years in the sales department, so my experience in the management strategy department is limited. However, I hope to share insights from my experience at the front line of customer interactions. 【Seminar Details】 ■ Date and Time: October 25, 2024 (Friday) 13:30 - 15:30 (Doors open at 13:00) ■ Venue: JPI Conference Square ■ Address: 5-2-32 Minamiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Kowa Hiroo Building ■ Participation Method: In-person, Live Streaming ■ Speaker: Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd.
