~Examples of Single Item Processing~ This time, I will talk about a request for the production of aluminum pipe caps. The request was for the caps to fit securely onto the inner diameter of the pipe without the use of tools and to not come off even when turned upside down. The pipes were provided by the client, and after processing them to the specified length at our company, we measured the inner diameter of the pipe. Based on the measurement results, we machined the fitting part of the cap using a general-purpose lathe. The client confirmed that the fit was as desired, and we successfully completed the delivery.
