~Success Case of Prototype Folding Bicycle Processing~ The client conceived, designed, and drafted the plans, and our company was responsible for the machining based on those drawings. The material used was a special aluminum alloy provided by the client that is not commonly available in the market. We processed parts for one complete bicycle, including the "folding main frame, wheels, fork, etc." Due to cost considerations, we processed only the requested parts without any spares. Initially, we were concerned about potential machining errors due to the high number of processes and the complexity of the shapes. Any machining errors would require rework, such as welding, which could lead to color changes in the reworked areas after surface treatment, resulting in defects and necessitating a remake. However, we successfully completed and delivered all parts without a single machining error. The final product achieved a balance of durability and aesthetics. This project proceeded smoothly through all stages and received high praise from the client. The ability to deliver without any remakes demonstrates our high level of technical skill. This case exemplifies our capability to handle special materials and our high-precision machining technology.
