It can be securely attached to bottles, cans, or other containers to measure the temperature distribution of retort foods and low-temperature pasteurized foods, as well as the F-value (sterilization lethality value) and low-temperature pasteurization PU-value. It can withstand temperatures up to 140°C, making it ideal for various product applications, including different types of canned goods, as well as a wide range of industrial and environmental measurements.

This is a high-precision temperature data logger that can be continuously used at high temperatures of +140℃ and has a memory capacity of 32,256. It uses a platinum resistance thermometer Pt-100 for temperature sensing, achieving a measurement accuracy of ±0.1℃. With the optional probe holder MI1TPF-313M, probes can be inserted into retort pouches, cans, and bottles. Four types are available depending on the probe length. It continuously records temperature at specified measurement intervals. The recorded data can be quickly downloaded to a computer using a USB cable, allowing for various data analyses. The user-friendly Japanese version of the analysis software automatically calculates sterilization F0 values and low-temperature pasteurization PU values from the measured temperature and time, displaying the results in graphs and tables.
