A case that proposed an optimal printing direction considering multiple shaping methods and strengths based on materials!
I would like to introduce a case study from a private science and engineering university laboratory specializing in building materials. The issue is the need for an innovative shape of rebar to be embedded in concrete to improve the durability of buildings. As a result of proposing multiple fabrication methods using different materials and conducting preliminary verification with test specimens, we were able to achieve beneficial results in this unprecedented research and are currently writing a paper for publication. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■Issue - An innovative shape of rebar to be embedded in concrete is needed. ■Request - Preliminary experiments with the fabricated products from the resin 3D printer we possess have been completed, and we would like to manufacture three types of rebar for this experiment. - We would like to know the know-how, including secondary processing for finishing. *Details of the case can be viewed through the related links. For more information, please feel free to contact us.
