The Pulsar Lub LK-BT is a lubrication device that enables the automation and visualization of lubrication at a low cost. It allows for remote monitoring of the lubrication device's status using a smartphone or computer network, enabling the operation of grease supply and stoppage as needed. By combining a dedicated gateway with an automatic lubricator that has a built-in battery-operated piston pump, it becomes a compact automatic lubricator that does not require wiring, while allowing for constant monitoring of the automatic lubricator. This system can recognize abnormalities such as malfunctions or grease depletion from a remote location, enabling prompt responses. 【Features】 ■ Monitors the status of the lubrication device 24/7, allowing stakeholders to share information at all times ■ Can operate on a private network with a company server ■ Built-in piston pump that regularly dispenses small amounts of grease ■ Detects issues such as grease depletion or blockages and outputs abnormalities ■ Capable of distributing lubrication to 2 to 8 locations with one unit (requires multi-kit) ■ Can use the desired grease (consultation required)
