We would like to introduce a case study of UI production to user testing (prototyping) for a new service conducted by our company. In creating the UI for the new service, we received inquiries about wanting to adjust the UI while verifying user usability and our assumptions, but not knowing how to proceed with the project. Therefore, we established the minimum necessary functions, UI, and requirements for user validation, created a prototype (UI for validation), conducted user testing, and based on the results, we improved the usability and value offered while enhancing the accuracy of the UI.
