Manufacturing and sales of water supply nozzles with photocatalytic function for water contamination in water servers.

The contaminants such as mold that occur from stagnant water inside the water server's supply nozzle can be purified or suppressed by incorporating photocatalytic titania and UV-LED. We are looking for companies that manufacture and sell this photocatalytic function-equipped water supply nozzle. We would like to discuss the expansion to general customers and water server companies, including overseas expansion. 【Internal Structure】 ■ Mineral water is supplied from the upper part of a water pipe with a diameter of about 10mm downwards. ■ Photocatalytic titania is fixedly placed inside this water pipe. ■ The UV-LED, which serves as the excitation light source, is waterproofed on the surface and fixed inside so that ultraviolet light is uniformly irradiated onto the entire surface of the fixed photocatalytic titania. ■ The activated state of the photocatalytic titania comes into contact with stagnant water, suppressing the generation of bacteria, mold, or biofilm caused by air contamination. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
