"VP-Ergono" is an ergonomic evaluation system that analyzes and assesses the load on the body based on skeletal information of individuals. The automatic analysis using AI calculates quantitative data, and the only required equipment is a PC and a web camera. The results obtained output two types of analysis: the "OWAS method evaluation" for the production and manufacturing industry, and the "moment evaluation" which measures load values at the level of body parts. ■ The OWAS method evaluation calculates the work posture using AC values and displays the transition of AC values in a graph. It analyzes and displays how harmful the work posture is based on a four-level evaluation according to the improvement requirement of the "OWAS method" (AC value), supporting improvements in the work environment. It detects harmful postures from momentary tasks that impose very high loads and from the postures of routine tasks that are often overlooked. ■ The moment evaluation quantifies the load values of each body part and displays them in a graph. Since measurements can be taken at the level of body parts, it allows for confirmation of the burden on one knee due to the tilt of the body, visualized in a graph that quantifies the load on ten different parts of the body. Detailed numerical data can be utilized for various posture analyses, from manufacturing and construction industries to sports analysis and rehabilitation exercises, enabling the visualization of movements to be analyzed over time.
