The influence of the shape of the coated object on the painting is minimal → High uniformity of the paint film allows for control of the amount of paint used (ideal for color clear specifications). Energy-saving compared to heat-curing types → Total process time is less than 20 minutes (in the case of heat-curing types, just the baking and drying takes 180°C for 30 minutes). By repeating the electrocoating of color clear and exposure/development processing, it is also possible to electrocoat various colors of color clear on the same substrate and perform patterning! Expected applications: energy-saving processes, patterning, masks for plating, masks for etching, permanent resist, semi-permanent resist, multi-color electrocoating.
