We would like to introduce our "Asbestos Survey." A preliminary survey will be conducted in accordance with the methods outlined in the "Establishment of Technical Guidelines for Preventing Asbestos Exposure for Workers during Demolition and Other Construction Activities (Notification No. 0509-10)" and the "Manual for Thorough Measures to Prevent Asbestos Dispersion and Leakage [Version 1.02]." Additionally, the technical management will be carried out by certified asbestos surveyors who have completed training from the Japan Environmental Sanitation Center (a general incorporated foundation) and asbestos diagnosticians (from the JATI Association). 【Features of Our Preliminary Survey】 ■ The document survey will involve a thorough examination of the specifications and finishing tables provided in the design documents. ■ The on-site survey will visually inspect representative areas of suspected asbestos-containing materials listed in the document survey (not all rooms will be inspected). *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
