■Compatible with solid flooring (15mm) By using the same plywood substrate for the lid as around the inspection opening, installation with adhesive and nails or staples has become possible. ■Suppresses creaking and wobbling Even under a load of 980N (100kgf), the deflection is just under 3mm. There is no noticeable creaking or wobbling when installed in high-traffic areas such as in front of the kitchen or bathroom, ensuring a comfortable walking experience. ■Thoroughly pursues airtightness The airtight materials between the lid and the frame achieve extremely excellent airtightness. The seal packing is located in the recess of the base material, so its elasticity is not compromised, maintaining airtightness and preventing wobbling. ■Storage cabinets can also be installed We offer three types of storage cabinets with different depths, allowing you to utilize them as storage space. They can be installed later simply by fitting them in. *If you plan to use the storage cabinets, a height of the following is required from the top of the substrate plywood (24mm) to the floor: - SPF-60S3 (deep type): 480mm or more - SPF-60S2 (shallow type): 320mm or more - SPF-60S1 (thin type): 190mm or more
