■Why is ozone concentration (ppm) important? How to calculate the CT value The CT value is the accumulation of ozone concentration over one minute. For example, if the concentration after 60 minutes is 6 ppm, then after 1 minute it is 0.1 ppm. After 1 minute it is 0.1 ppm. After 2 minutes it is 0.2 ppm. After 3 minutes it is 0.3 ppm. In this case, the CT value for 3 minutes is 0.1 + 0.2 + 0.3 = CT value 0.6.
