005【Our Technical Capabilities_001】2024/08/06 This time, we will explain our technical capabilities focusing on the Banquel-type rotary engine [NR series] from Nitto Kogyo Co., Ltd., which has raised our company's profile, specifically the rotor housing (hereafter referred to as "housing") and rotor, which are key components. ☆ Introduction of Housing and Rotor These components are manufactured through total machining from materials. They cannot be completed in a single process and require several steps to reach the finished product. We consider the machining methods and sequences, and design and manufacture jigs for processing. After setting the parts in the machine (jig) and completing the machining, we perform the task of removing them, which can lead to cumulative errors.
