We would like to introduce a case where the anti-rust oil "Super Coat RS" was adopted by F Corporation, which manufactures precision parts. The company faced issues with white residue and rust during the storage of reamed parts processed with water-soluble cutting fluids. Therefore, we proposed a solution to coat the products with our powerful anti-rust film to address product defects during storage. After adoption, the occurrence of white residue and rust during product storage was reduced to zero, significantly decreasing the labor required for product rework.
