A case where the supply amount could be significantly reduced due to extended decay life and a small amount taken away.

We would like to introduce a case where the water-soluble cutting oil "Alpha Cool NV Series" was adopted by Miyahara Corporation. The company faced the challenge of reducing running costs. By using our product, we proposed a reduction in usage and an improvement in anti-corrosion properties, which would lead to a decrease in the costs and time spent on coolant management. After adoption, it was demonstrated that even with less than half the replenishment amount, the processability and stable pH (alkaline) were maintained.
