The water electrolysis hydrogen generation device/PGH05A is a compact hydrogen generation unit capable of producing high-purity hydrogen with a purity of 99.999% from purified water. It supplies low dew point hydrogen gas with a dew point temperature below -50°C, thanks to its unique built-in adsorption dryer. After startup, it automatically begins supplying hydrogen once the purity reaches 99.999%, ensuring that hydrogen gas below the standard value is never supplied. Additionally, due to the low dew point, it can fill hydrogen storage alloy canisters that are sensitive to moisture, allowing for supply not only directly from the unit but also from stored canisters. The unit is equipped with safety devices such as leak tests, hydrogen retention prevention fans, and low water alarms, and the display allows for monitoring the timing of adsorbent replacement, providing peace of mind. Since it is not subject to the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act, there are no cumbersome management requirements, and the built-in 3.5L tank reduces the frequency of water replenishment.
