Contributing to the integration and compactness of parts by realizing a complex hollow structure!
We would like to introduce the "Oil Pump Cover with Built-in Hydraulic Circuit" that we handle. This oil pump cover is made from die-cast (GDC) and incorporates a complex long-hole hydraulic circuit, utilizing a shell core to achieve a complicated hollow structure. Additionally, it features technical points such as achieving no machining with a draft angle of 1° on the spline section and adding a clutch function to the oil pump for integrated molding. 【Features】 ■ Realization of φ6 fine hole curved casting using a shell core ■ Achievement of no machining with a draft angle of 1° on the spline section ■ Addition of a clutch function to the oil pump for integrated molding *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
