This is a gas-lock-free type pump specifically designed for sodium hypochlorite injection. 【Main Features】 ■ Automatic air venting mechanism that reliably eliminates sucked-in air Adopts a special valve seat mechanism (patented) that facilitates air venting. Even if air mixes into the pump head or is generated within the pump head, it is automatically and reliably eliminated. It also quickly removes air during restart after long periods of inactivity or during low-speed operation. ■ Air block mechanism that prevents air from mixing into the pump head (only for DCLPW) The DCLPW is equipped with an air block mechanism that prevents air mixing. Even if up to 15cc of air is injected at once, no air will mix into the pump head. ■ Pump head structure that minimizes air retention The flow path within the pump head is minimized to reduce dead space, decreasing the amount of air mixing and retention while increasing the compression ratio, making it easier to discharge air. ■ Transparent acrylic head for easy visibility of the pump head interior The transparent acrylic head allows for immediate visibility of the pump's operating condition, as well as the state of air mixing and retention. ■ Sodium hypochlorite-specific injection nozzle to prevent clogging at the injection point The injection nozzle developed specifically for sodium hypochlorite prevents backflow of raw water and crystallization or clogging due to reactions with raw water at the injection point.
