We would like to introduce our "Surface Condition Survey Major Road Car." The structure allows for the sensor unit to be stored during normal driving, and the base vehicle is a 1BOX van type. It employs new technology that is unique to our company. Traditionally, five items (cracking, ruts, flatness, distance, IRI) were measured separately by hand. Our system can measure all of these simultaneously and automatically, which is expected to shorten measurement time and improve safety and quality. It allows for precise confirmation of road wear and damage conditions, making it highly useful for regular road maintenance and monitoring, investigations after accidents or disasters, and improvements in pavement design.
