High precision high mesh to ultra-low mesh is available, and we can accommodate materials ranging from general-purpose plastics to super engineering plastics. Custom orders and production on demand are also possible.
The main product lineup includes "intersection fusion mesh" used in various air filters, "strength retaining mesh" used as a support material such as non-woven fabric and paper, "metal-coated mesh" that enhances anti-static, anti-soiling, antibacterial, anti-mold properties, and decorative qualities, and "PPS mesh" characterized by high heat resistance, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy. We provide a consistent response from yarn production to weaving, knitting, and sewing. It is possible to develop original mesh tailored to your needs by combining plastic materials with woven and knitted structures. Furthermore, we can add various added values such as antibacterial, anti-mold, antiviral, and ensuring breathability. These can be used for filters in home appliances like air conditioners and air purifiers, various air filters, and secondary processing (injection and resin molding).
