With its unique "self-lubricating properties," which include lubricants within the material itself, it consistently exhibits excellent low friction characteristics. ● This product is compatible with our boat's 25mm shaft. ● In our boats, we generally use one bearing in the shaft bracket and a cut bearing that is halved on the hull side. ● Due to the low friction, wear on the shaft is reduced by 90%, which helps to lower maintenance and replacement costs. ● Compared to nylon, rubber, and elastomer materials, it shows almost no compressive deformation even under higher loads in wet conditions. ● The thermal expansion commonly seen in synthetic material bearings is one-third that of nylon or acetal, and there is no deformation due to water infiltration or heat. Therefore, no clearance adjustments are necessary. ● It is also resistant to dilute acids, organic solvents, oils, and petroleum, exhibiting excellent chemical resistance.
