We would like to introduce the process of molding that we carry out at our company. Plastic is shaped into a sheet, fitted into a frame, and heated to push up the mold. By creating a vacuum (reduced pressure) inside the mold through exhaust, the sheet adheres closely to the mold. The plastic is cooled and solidified, the mold is removed, and excess material from the molded product is cut out using a Thomson blade.
