The EIRS burner is a nozzle mix type gas burner that produces a high-brightness flat flame. The swirling flat frame prevents the flame from contacting the molten aluminum, allowing the surface of the molten metal to be gently maintained, which suppresses the generation of oxides. It has a large turndown ratio, achieving stable combustion across the entire range of combustion volume. The radiant heat from the high-brightness flame improves fuel efficiency. By maintaining stable combustion at a low air ratio, it minimizes excessive oxygen, which can lead to the formation of oxides. Preheated air is available (up to 300°C).
