ISO 9001 Certification Obtained
In 2005, we obtained ISO 9001 certification. Currently, based on ISO 9001:2015, we are implementing traceability from material lot management to inspection and shipping, managing the validity period and calibration of measuring instruments, and utilizing management methods such as work standards, quality control process diagrams, and the attachment of inspection reports. We are committed to continuous improvement to create a corporate structure that provides our customers with peace of mind and satisfaction. [We have over 50 years of experience in the machining of solenoid valves and valve components.] - With precision cutting as our core technology, we have a wealth of production experience in components such as seat parts for solenoid valves and valve components, needles, plungers, movable cores, and fixed cores. In addition to cutting, we can also provide integrated production up to semi-assembly, including press-fitting, riveting, silver brazing using high frequency, and argon welding. We are capable of managing fitting dimensions and consolidating processes. Our work spans a wide range of industries, including automotive, low-voltage and home appliance parts, sensor components, and medical devices. Please feel free to contact us.
