Guard Scepter 101P is a rust-proof primer paint made primarily from a modified polyurethane resin that uses water as a curing agent. Since Guard Scepter 101P is a highly penetrating liquid, it deeply infiltrates the rust layer, seeking out cracks, pitting, and moisture that has intruded into the grain boundaries, reaching deep into the iron substrate. It reacts with water molecules and releases CO2 gas into the atmosphere, effectively fixing the rust in place and forming a strong inert polyurethane film, providing excellent rust prevention. 【Features】 - Guard Scepter 101P is a coating agent that can be applied over rust without removing it from steel formwork. - There is no need to scrape off the rust, significantly reducing labor costs, time, and effort. - Its quick-drying properties greatly shorten the time required for painting work. - The hardened film is strong and is not easily compromised by any solvents.

【Instructions for Use】 ■ Lightly scrape off any rust or old paint from the surface to be coated using a bamboo broom or wire brush. ■ If there is dirt or salt on the surface to be coated, wash it off with water. ■ If there are oil stains, degrease the surface. ■ Apply the coating using tools suitable for the job, such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns. *After finishing the work, clean the application tools with thinner. ■ The surface will become touch-dry in about 1 to 2 hours, but please allow more than one day for curing before concrete pouring. ■ Use our product, Samtech A-1, as a stripping agent. ■ It can be reused 5 to 7 times. ■ If reuse continues, it may start to peel off, so please scrape it with a bamboo broom or wire brush and reapply Guard Scepter 101P.
