Our non-woven fabric technology enables the production of 100% PAN-based carbon fibers. Non-woven fabrics made from 100% carbon fibers can also be produced using virgin fibers as well as various recycled carbon fibers (through methods such as pyrolysis and dissolution). We possess resin impregnation processing equipment, allowing us to impregnate any resin and provide prepreg sheets. The resin's permeability is excellent, making it suitable for use as a substrate in processes like RTM molding. By blending with thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers, we can also create substrates for thermoplastic CFRTP.

Thermosetting resins that can be handled: Epoxy Phenol Unsaturated polyester Urethane, etc. Thermoplastic resin fibers that can be handled: As long as they are resin fibers that have been fiberized from general-purpose plastics to super engineering plastics, they can be blended with carbon fibers to create non-woven fabrics. The weight can be accommodated from 100 to 2000 g/m² and widths from 600 mm to 2100 mm.
