Expanded Polystyrene Volume Reduction Machine Ingot Granulation Device 'RE-E Series'
RE-E1000RG/1500RG
The tasks of "drawing out, cooling, and palletizing" ingots are unnecessary. By automating this series of tasks, further labor reduction and ease of work are achieved.
The polystyrene densification machine's ingot granulation device eliminates the need for labor-intensive tasks such as "drawing out ingots," "cooling," and "pallet stacking" during the polystyrene densification process. By automating this series of tasks, we have achieved further labor reduction and ease of work. We offer two models with processing capacities of 100 and 150 kg per hour. 【Features】 ■ Automatic granulation of ingots Ingot, shaped into thin plates for easy cooling and solidification, is granulated into block shapes (20mm square) through the up-and-down movement of pressing and cutting blades. ■ Block-shaped ingots stored in bulk bags The granulated block-shaped ingots are stored in bulk bags via air transport. Workers do not need to draw ingots from the densification machine or stack them on pallets. ■ Increased productivity in densification work Since the workload after raw material input is significantly reduced, operators can focus on producing high-quality recycled materials by concentrating on raw material input and the removal of foreign substances. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 ■Consideration for the Work Environment The heat source is small, and the generated odors are difficult to disperse, plus it comes standard with an activated carbon adsorption deodorization device. This helps maintain a comfortable working environment. ■Safety Design to Prevent Accidents Designed so that hands and feet cannot reach dangerous areas. It employs a safety switch that ensures the equipment completely stops and cannot be activated when the cover is open. ■Cost Reduction By reducing the volume to about 1/50, costs related to storage and transportation are significantly decreased. There is also no need for industrial waste disposal fees that were previously paid externally. Depending on the amount of expanded polystyrene generated, it is not uncommon for the profits from selling ingots to exceed costs. ■Suitable for Any Worker Normal operations are as simple as pressing a start button, and there is no need for cooling work on the ingots. The ingots are automatically shaped and cut to a uniform size, making it possible for anyone, regardless of age or gender, to perform the tasks. ■Reduction of Stress Related to Work The warm-up time before operation is only 15 minutes. The activated carbon adsorption deodorization device minimizes unpleasant odors. Access to various parts inside the machine, such as electric heaters, is easy, making maintenance straightforward. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

■Introduction Yamamoto Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a machinery manufacturer founded in 1918 in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture. We have achieved the top market share in Japan for agricultural machinery, particularly grain dryers and straw cutters. "Because we are a company that has walked alongside agriculture, we want to contribute to improving the global environment that supports food production." This aspiration, combined with our cultivated technology, led to the creation of the polystyrene reduction machine "High Melter." Through the provision of our products, we aim to create a bright future for the industry together with those who are challenging themselves in the recycling industry (*). That is our mission. ■Thoughts on Development The concept of the "circular economy," which views discarded items as resources and aims to circulate resources without generating waste, is gaining attention. However, the recycling industry (*), which plays a significant role in this, does not receive much public interest, and many companies are struggling with labor shortages. Through manufacturing, we want to shine a spotlight on this industry and bring about change. This is the sentiment embedded in all the environmental equipment produced by Yamamoto Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (*) In contrast to the "arterial industries" that produce goods, the industries that collect, recycle, reuse, process, and dispose of waste are referred to as "venous industries," likening them to the circulation of human blood.
