Iida Manufacturing Co., Ltd. produces resin machined products, including cutting processing of fluororesin (PTFE), precision cutting of hard resin PEEK, and highly precise cutting of soft resin materials. In an environmentally conscious factory, we manufacture resin products such as packing seals for construction machinery, industrial machinery, and food machinery that satisfy end users. We cater to a wide range of needs, from prototype production of single units to mass production. === Molding and Forming Processing ================================= In November 2023, we acquired a new mold processing and injection molding business from a parts manufacturer for medical devices, and began production in December of the same year. As a result, we are now able to integrate mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, and cutting processing for precision machining. We offer various processed components (mold products, molded parts, cutting parts) utilizing Iida's unique processing technology. ============================================== * We respond to various customer needs with a consistent production system for resin processing.
