Resin material with a continuous bubble structure developed based on HIPE foams technology.
"OROUSⓇ" is a resin material developed based on HIPE foams technology, featuring a continuous bubble structure. Its unique structure and properties are expected to be applied across various industrial fields. It can be customized in terms of hard and soft types, bubble diameter, density, and more. Hard Type: - Contributes to reducing resin usage due to its lightweight nature. - Allows for faster feed rates during machining, enhancing productivity. - Offers high machining precision, enabling shapes to be made as designed. - The cutting surface is extremely smooth, eliminating the need for paper finishing, thus contributing to labor savings. - Chips are less likely to become powdery, improving the work environment and ease of cleaning. Hard Type (Vacuum Insulation Material): - Superior lightweight properties compared to glass wool-based VIPs. - Even if the vacuum level decreases and insulation performance declines, the insulation performance can be restored by re-vacuum packaging the core material. Soft Type: - Exhibits excellent sound absorption in the low-frequency range compared to commercially available sound-absorbing materials (fiber-based, urethane-based, etc.). - Capable of sound absorption in the 500 to 1,000 Hz range even in thin sections, contributing to space-saving. - Its soft material allows it to fit into any storage space.
