Applicable pipe inner diameter Φ9.5 to Φ50mm, measurable wall thickness 0.5 to 10mm! Standard inspection for tubes.
The "IRIS" water immersion type ultrasonic wall thickness measurement device for heat exchange tubes accurately measures the remaining wall thickness from the inner surface of the tube using ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic waves are transmitted and received to the pipe wall using a reflective mirror at the tip of the turbine. The turbine rotates at high speed due to water pressure, and the mirror also rotates simultaneously, allowing for data to be obtained around the entire circumference. 【Features】 ■ Real-time measurement while viewing cross-sectional images ■ Ability to distinguish between inner and outer surfaces of reduced thickness areas ■ Integrated structure for easy transportation to and from the site, excellent operability on site *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
