The high-speed immersion ultrasonic thickness measurement device for heat exchange tubes, 'UTIS', is a system that confirms the wall thinning of the inner and outer surfaces of heat exchange tubes at high speed. It allows for accurate understanding of wall thinning conditions through full circumference and full length measurements. Visual judgment is also possible through measurement results with color mapping. The encoder enables the identification of wall thinning locations, and the acceleration of mirror rotation significantly improves the extraction speed.
