We will introduce an example of proposing a shift to insurance design content that should be covered as a listed company!

We would like to introduce a consulting case for a publicly listed company with its headquarters in a regional city, which has bases across Japan. As a result of securities analysis, it was found that the insurance coverage was not comparable to that of large companies with branches nationwide. It was also revealed that the insurance company’s representatives were inexperienced in making proposals to large corporations such as publicly listed companies. Therefore, after thoroughly interviewing the practical teams regarding the flow of goods and logistics, we conducted multiple study sessions for the insurance department.
