We would like to introduce a case where 'SynchroAZ' was implemented in the assessment of a property and casualty insurance company. Previously, when inexperienced young staff conducted assessments on-site, experienced staff would accompany them for training purposes, making it difficult to effectively utilize the time of these skilled employees, who are valuable assets. After the implementation, it became easy to share the perspectives of young staff on-site from remote locations, allowing skilled staff to interact with young staff and part-time employees without needing to be physically present.
