Introduction of a case that supports customer asset management and facilitates the smooth transition of decommissioned equipment.
We would like to introduce a case where we supported the collection and inspection of old equipment that will be discontinued due to the deployment of the latest equipment at all locations of a major telecommunications carrier shop. We created packaging cardboard that included a collection notice and a list of collected equipment, along with return slips, and shipped it to each location. After receiving the returned cardboard, we inspected the returned contents and confirmed and reported whether there were any discrepancies with the list of equipment scheduled for collection at each location. We supported the customer's asset management and facilitated a smooth transition of the discontinued equipment. Our meticulous attention to detail and highly specialized work have received high praise from our customers. 【Case Overview】 ■ Duration: 3 months ■ Personnel: Approximately 20 people *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
