The company faced the challenge of wanting to realize a "consolidated warehouse" that would integrate approximately 50 dispersed import/export warehouses and domestic inventory warehouses due to the commercial flow. Therefore, we supported the optimization of the procurement logistics network using our extensive network and owned warehouses. For more details, please visit our website.
