We offer the iTMA series of phosphorus pentoxide moisture meters, which can measure moisture even in corrosive gases. The phosphorus pentoxide type has a simple structure, consisting only of a housing, electrode rod, electrodes, and seals. In the iTMA series, all gas contact parts are made from corrosion-resistant materials, allowing for moisture measurement in corrosive gases. The sensor material is glass, with a platinum electrode (rhodium available as an option) spirally wrapped around it. The sensor housing can be selected from SUS316, Hastelloy, or Monel, and there are various types of O-rings available. Gases that can be measured include: Cl2, HCl, H2S, SF6, H2SO4, SO2, HBr, CO2, D2, O2, C2H2, carbon monoxide, PH3, Freon, etc.
