The PSA method generates high-concentration oxygen gas, and by applying high voltage to the produced oxygen gas using an ozonizer, ozone gas is efficiently produced. The generated ozone gas is released for a certain period, and through repeated oxidation and sterilization, bacteria and fungi that are suspended in or adhere to the air are gradually reduced.
