[Construction Case] Nursing Facility: Correction Work for Sunken Earthen Floor
Up to 60mm of subsidence in the central Slavic region! Ground consolidation and strengthening with the foaming pressure of polyurethane resin.
Here is a case study of "floor sinking correction work" carried out at a nursing care facility in Shizuoka Prefecture. Due to weak ground, subsidence occurred, resulting in visible sinking of the floor within the facility. During a preliminary survey, a maximum subsidence of 60mm was observed at the center of the slab, and a gap of 50mm was confirmed near the beams. Using the foam pressure of polyurethane resin, the ground was compacted and strengthened, filling the gaps between the slab and the ground, while simultaneously correcting the floor sinking.
