Stobri's solution is designed to meet the needs of Industry 4.0. - It is compatible with any injection molding machine, regardless of mold size. - The clamping force for both the fixed and movable sides is displayed on the IMAG controller, allowing operators to effectively manage the clamping/unclamping process. - In the event of a critical anomaly, the molding machine will be immediately stopped through the safety system connected to the molding machine. 【Clamping Force Display】 The clamping force for each mold is measured in real-time and displayed on the IMAG screen. If the value is insufficient, a warning message is immediately shown to the operator. 【Mold Misalignment Detection】 The magnetic unit consists of precision measurement coils that can detect changes in current to predict the movement of the mold. 【Temperature Display】 If the temperature of the magnet plate rises excessively, a message and alarm will warn the operator. 【Safety Standards】 The QMC123 system complies with strict safety and security standards, adhering to European regulations. EN201: 2009, Directive 2014/35/EU and 2014/30/EU.
