Every time a new order comes in, we struggle with adjusting the delivery schedule. We often receive various consultations from valve manufacturers who want to make it easier to change plans. When we inquire about the actual situation, we find that specifications are not decided, drawings are delayed, parts are not arriving as scheduled, and the parts that do arrive have poor quality. It becomes clear that these short lead-time orders are already exceeding production capacity. If we were to solve all the issues that valve manufacturers are currently facing, the effort and costs involved would be far from realistic.
