Every time a new order comes in, we are struggling with adjusting delivery schedules. We often receive various consultations from valve manufacturers who want to make it easier to change plans. When we inquire about the actual situation, we find that specifications are not decided, drawings are delayed, parts are not arriving as scheduled, and even the parts that do arrive have poor quality. It becomes clear that these short-term orders were placed despite already exceeding production capacity. Solving all the issues that valve manufacturers are currently facing would require an unrealistic amount of effort and cost.
