1. Preliminary survey (Our staff will visit to understand the condition of document storage, volume, deterioration status, etc. Based on this, we will propose a suitable electronic data format that meets your needs and the nature of the materials.) 2. Custody of original documents (We will securely store them in a high-security specialized room. If there are documents that cannot be taken out, we can also accommodate on-site work as per your request.) 3. Pre-scanning work (We will carefully perform tasks such as removing staples, sorting by size and type, and correcting any bends, one by one.) 4. Scanning work (After carefully analyzing the size of the documents, paper thickness, color, and degree of deterioration, we will perform scanning using a commercial-grade scanner.) 5. Processing and quality check (Quality inspection staff will meticulously compare each scanned data with the originals to check for any omissions or duplicates, as well as the tilt and dirt on the images.) 6. Filing work (We will convert file formats and assign file names. We will provide services that enhance convenience, considering how the digitized materials will be utilized afterward.) 7. Delivery and return of originals (If you wish to dispose of the originals due to space constraints, we will responsibly distinguish between stored documents and those for disposal and handle the disposal accordingly.)
