The MAC-1600 model is a field-installed pH meter that automates the cleaning of electrodes and two-point calibration using JIS standard solutions. It enables reliable pH measurement over long periods while reducing the burden of maintenance tasks. With a two-channel measurement function that controls two detection units with a single converter, it can be used for pH control or monitoring in various plant facilities. Features: - Labor-saving maintenance: Periodic cleaning of electrodes and calibration with standard solutions helps reduce maintenance efforts. - Highly reliable pH measurement: Automatic and high-precision two-point calibration using JIS standard solutions pH 7 and pH 4 or pH 9 allows for stable continuous pH monitoring over long periods. - Supports 2-channel measurement (optional): Simultaneous measurement with two connected detection units (including liquid delivery control) allows for measurements without gaps during calibration and cleaning. - High cleaning effect with lift-up type air jet cleaning. - Appropriate and practical self-diagnosis messages: If calibration failure or electrode damage occurs, a "instrument failure" signal is output collectively. *For more details, please refer to the PDF documentation or feel free to contact us.

In addition to the well-established 5600 series electrodes, we offer chip exchangeable electrodes and digital electrodes (CALMEMO-pH). ■ Simple and reliable lift-up air calibration: After automatic cleaning, two types of pH standard solutions are sequentially delivered to the electrode sensing part in the air, allowing for two-point calibration without the risk of contamination from sample water or cleaning water (reagents). ■ Holder cleaning function: During cleaning, not only the electrode but also the electrode holder can be cleaned with reagents. 【Measurement Range】 pH −1.00 to pH 15.00 (mV; −800.0 to 800.0, Temperature; −5.0 to 105.0℃)
