Excellent cooling and permeability, along with defoaming properties under high pressure! Contributes to improved work surface finishing accuracy and extended grinding wheel life.
The "SintoGrind TC-X1500" is a low-viscosity grinding oil based on highly refined GtL oil, with carefully selected additives, classified as a type 4 petroleum product under fire safety laws. Compared to mineral oils, GtL oil exhibits superior performance in all aspects, including oil life, evaporation rate, low foaming properties, cobalt leaching, cleaning performance, and particularly safety for human health. By adding carefully selected additives, it provides the necessary lubrication for grinding super hard materials and high-speed steel, despite its low viscosity. 【Features】 ■ High flash point ■ Improved cooling and cleaning properties of grinding wheels due to low viscosity ■ Excellent defoaming and air release properties ■ Sufficient lubrication achieved through carefully selected additives and extreme pressure agents ■ Comprehensive mist control ■ Consideration for skin irritation and odor *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
