Since it is a stand installed on the exterior of a building at a high location, strength is more important than appearance for safety reasons. Therefore, we focused on strength by using semi-automatic welding instead of the usual TIG welding. Additionally, the structure allows for the handrail to be removable, and we had to minimize the misalignment between the holes in the frame and the leg pitch of the handrail, which made post-welding adjustments quite challenging.
