Contributing to carbon neutrality in the painting process with high coating efficiency.
The high-application painting machine 'RB1000i-S', inheriting the features of the RB1000i, has achieved a significant improvement in application efficiency and high atomization while maintaining high productivity through optimal atomization design and control of paint particles. Equipped with a pattern control function that switches between large and small pattern widths, it minimizes the decrease in application efficiency caused by overspray. The improvement in application efficiency reduces the dirt in the painting booth, leading to a reduction in paint usage and simultaneously decreasing the power consumption associated with waste liquid treatment in the painting booth. This contributes not only to the reduction of VOC and CO2 emissions but also to cost savings. Additionally, upgrading from the RB1000i is possible simply by replacing the painting machine's front-end components, such as the bell cup and shaping air nozzle. 【Features】 • Application efficiency: +10% (based on our tests, compared to RB1000i) • Paint loss: -30% • Overspray: -30% • Reduction of environmental impact (VOC, CO2 emissions) • Reduction of direct material costs (paint) • Reduction of painting booth maintenance costs (waste liquid treatment) • Easy upgrade *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
