A large blower with a zinc-coated casing and epoxy resin-coated impeller has been adopted. The exhaust blower is designed for air exchange within the factory, and this blower has become a large size exceeding 2 meters. This large blower rotates the impeller with a 130 kW motor to facilitate air exchange in the facility. Additionally, since this is the installation of an exhaust blower for the zinc plating factory, the casing of the blower has been treated with a zinc coating. The rotating impeller is also coated with epoxy resin to ensure stable operation of the blower even under zinc plating conditions, providing environmental resistance performance.
