Our company has developed testable equipment to help solve our customers' pressing challenges, and we have been utilizing and resolving these issues for a long time. Features of the pressing test equipment include: - Precise settings for pressing values (load and speed) for measurement - Real-time management of pressing values, visualized through waveform graphs - Measurement of extraction load - Capability for pressing in all directions (up, down, left, right) We use a 50kN servo press, but in departments involved in prototyping and testing, there is a necessity for versatile use due to the need to accommodate various products. In fact, we have received requests from users such as: - A preference for a smaller size (more frequent low loads) - A need for a long stroke due to product shape (600mm) - A desire for more detailed condition settings for the pressing operation We have developed a pressing test device that incorporates all of these requests for the purpose of prototype confirmation. Leveraging our past achievements, we are open to various consultations from across the country, even for projects that have been declined elsewhere, maintaining a challenging attitude without being constrained by fixed ideas. We aim to provide flexible proposals tailored to our customers, understanding both the advantages and disadvantages of using "robots at times and no robots at other times," based on our proven track record. In 2022, to tackle new jigs that had been abandoned due to the limitations of handling multiple products and weight restrictions in traditional metal processing, we introduced a 3D printer.
